Trainings

Continuous professional training is an essential component of the Center for Assistance and Protection (CAP) activity. Our specialists regularly participate in and deliver specialized training seminars, workshops, and coaching programs.

Main training directions include:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the National Referral System (NRS) for the protection and assistance of victims and potential victims of THB;
  • Proactive identification and safe referral of victims and potential victims of trafficking in human beings;
  • Victim-centered, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed interviewing techniques;
  • Psychological crisis intervention and Psychological First Aid (PFA);
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork and case management in domestic violence and THB cases;
  • Protection and special assistance for unaccompanied and separated child victims;
  • Rights of the victim and legal representation during criminal investigations and court proceedings.

These capacity-building activities are carried out in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), UNICEF, OSCE, and civil society partners.
