When referring a beneficiary to the Center, relevant assessment data (identification, primary assessment, security considerations) is shared securely.
Self-identification:
Victims, potential victims, or family members can reach out directly through Hotlines or referral partners.
Referral Mechanism:
Territorial multidisciplinary teams are responsible for referring beneficiaries from the local level to the NCU / CAP for crisis intervention, temporary shelter, and specialized rehabilitation services not available at community or district levels.
